Discussion on Stacking Items in TFT (Poll included)

First forum post, sorry if its worded weird

Does anyone else share the same feeling of sadness when you see an Ashe with double spear, or a Draven/Vayne with double rageblade, or even a Karthus with a double deathcap? I personally don't feel like stacking two of the same item should be a part of TFT just because it makes the already RNG filled mode that much more frustrating, where some people barely get items and someone else can stack two spears and perma cc the other. Just wanted to hear other's thoughts on it, as my friends also agree that its a little ridiculous.

(PS: Pls nerf AurelionSol )

What they should do is stop with the RNG drops and just give us a different kind of currency, dropped from the NPCs, that we could all use to purchase items in a store. Sounds familiar?

That would make it fair for everyone and there would still be RNG with the champions and the ring around the rosie...

I just want them to tone down the rng on drops. I shouldn't be able to get 1 drop in the first 3 rounds vs another player getting 5.

5 drops or 5 items including the initial?

But I do agree the difference from highest to lowest in the same rounds should be 1 item max(completed item not component).

5 drops, though even 6 drops vs 1 drop is possible as seen on Reckful's stream.

Double rage blade is just way too strong. The indefinite stacking does not fit into this game mode since it's about to impossible to kill the carry if placed around a good frontline. Too strong for a no counterplay option.

Hadn't thought about the stacking of items being that huge of an issue, but I wouldn't be sad to see it go that is for sure. I'm mostly on that items need to be regulated to not being RNG with so many others. I have had good comps lose because I can't get any items.

Counterplay is something that is developed. At one moment something might be OP but someone might develop a strategy against it. Now, this doesn't mean that sometimes certain strategies need to be nerfed, but stating that something has no counterplay or is broken in a brand new game doesn't actually mean it is. Develop strategies and figure out new approaches to builds. I think stacking needs to be in the game. It makes it much more versatile and allows for more strategies. What I think we need to get is a practice tool or a build tool where we can test ideas. Maybe some sort of bot mode.
