Nasus buff's to strong?

This is not a rage post I am rank 7 on Nasus and thoroughly enjoy the champion but I was just playing as Rengar top lane and 2/0 Nasus before he even hit level three, he then just rushed thornmail I in turned built black cleaver and Mortal Reminder.

I do want to point out I had a massive cs lead and gold lead on him. I believe by level 11 he had around 200 stacks which id say is pretty typical for me even when I play Nasus but he hits level 11 and I start to duel him and basically it goes like this AA,Q,AA,Q,AA,Q,AA,Q and I get demolished (while he did not even have sheen).

I do happen to get away but I feel the need to point out i was 5/1 at this point and he was 1/5 and he absolutely demolished me in fights after that only allowing me to kill him once after this I think the update to his ultimate may just be a bit to strong in terms of his passive.

any tips or feedback would be great I thought I knew Nasus pretty well but perhaps I am overlooking something. Thanks

Edit: I'm not an inexperienced Rengar either Rank 7 on him as well.

One game I reached 600 stacks as Nasus by 26 minutes in by farming a ton and could take out 3 out of 4 people in a 1v4.

Rengar is a jungler. Any experience you had with him in top lane holds no value.

Gonna say this over and over again, but his ulti has too short of a cooldown, it has to be significantly increased especially at rank 1 if its to be allowed yo remain this strong.

To Enlighten those of you who do not know Rengar currently sits in the Meta as a diver and actually sits at a comfortable 53% win rate in the top lane and according to challenger Dekar actually fights better in the top lane then in the jungle after rework.

All im stating that is a Nasus who has been deprived of cs/xp and doesn't even have sheen should not be so strong I think the buff to his q on his ultimate may just be a little to strong especially when i'm 5/1 to his 1/5

Edit: I was also running exhaust if this holds any merit in the conversation.

How did he have 200 stacks if you were beating him so badly? I just don't understand why you let him get any cs at all.
