New game mode BROKEN

As some of you may or may not have noticed, the new normal draft pick mode is broken. What I mean by this is the matchmaker that decides the teams is unfair. I have played multiple games (12 or more) and each time I have been on both the receiving end of a horrendous beating as well as giving one out. I HAVE NEVER PLAYED AN EQUALLY FAIR GAME. Now I am an average player (Bronze level) and do not consider myself one to be able to carry a team. I have won about 188 normal games but lost just as many. I play with my brother who is just starting out and is level 25. I do not understand why the matchmaker puts us on teams consisting of 3 level 30s who all have under 100 wins or even worse, with another person who has not even hit level 30. On the other hand, the other team had all level 30s, with wins ranging from 79 to 675. We got our butts kicked bad. Now we have been on the other side of this as well. We have been on a team with the high winning 30s against a team who may only have 100 wins between all 5 of them. It just seems so unfair and its not fun to play. I like the concept of joining the teambuilder in with the normal draft pick but it does not make it fun to play when you get slaughtered all the time or make the other team surrender at 20. I know it is a new game mode and may have bugs but I hope this can get enough attention so the fine people at Riot can fix this as soon as possible. PLEASE FIX!!!

P.S. If people reading this think I just suck as a player, that is fine. I have really bad games but I know it should not be this lopsided all the time. The normal blind pick works fine and puts us with equally skilled players.
