i have been thinking of this for a while and i thought i should make a discussion about it.

I think that you should be able to surrender @ 15 if ------->ALL<--------- players say yes.

*i don't believe that people should play a game that they don't want to play. so why make them? *if there is 1 person on your team that doesn't want to surrender well then the other 4 players will have to wait for 20 mins to surrender.

To surrender at 10 minutes is just idiotic. Though when a mid laner fed 10 kills in 15 minutes you know its gg....
