Don't Ban People for NOT picking a champion!!!!!

More often than not, I find that I can become restricted or banned because my team can't decide who goes where. I mean, I'm waiting for my team in this chat for ranked WHICH MOST PEOPLE DECIDE DECIDE DECIDE DECIDE DECIDE DECIDE DECIDE not to use then I get fucked? Really? I wait to try to make the best choice and now I'm restricted because my team doesn't respond? How about remove chat and a voting system? Like what do you want to play, then what do you least want to play? IDK. But fix this immediately!!!! Ranked should not be "Oops, sorry, nobody on your team plays adc so you're last pick. That's not how any competitive league does anything and it's stupid. It's just not very well thought you. If I've going to try to get a ranked position in American football, I don't try to do my best as a position I haven't played the entire time I ranked up to lvl 30. You should be able to put yourself out there, and be picked up by someone who is team leader, and be placed in a position, you know, so you can be ranked as something you already understand, instead of hitting silver, gold or platinum and suddenly being thrust into a position that you may very well understand, but you you haven't practiced yourself. Why isn't ranked more like team builder? I mean, if I join a local team in my area, for competitive play(FYI ranked is competitive play), I have to declare a position, and often a champion, then prove my ability on said champion to acquire a position on said team.
