Let Players Use Their Rerolls Safely

So if you have 2 Rerolls, you may as well use one of them, even if you're happy with the champ you already have since it will add another champion to the pool for your team and your Reroll will regenerate after the game ends. The only problem is that someone might grab your first champion and then not give it back which kinda sucks when you were just trying to be nice to the team.

This makes players hold on to their Rerolls, even if they have 2.

I suggest adding a button next to the "Reroll" button which allows players to use up their reroll but they keep their current champion and the "rerolled" champion just gets added directly to the selection pool for other players in the team to swap with.
