Will varus get reworked?

My opinion my be invalid ,but just hear me out. The following few patches have not been kind to this champion beside patch 6.20. Especially this current patch. Note I don't claim to be the know all varus player.it's just I've been looking at play rate and win rate for the last 2 patches.which is 49 to 48 win rate for those patches. While his play rate is 1% out of all ADC not counting mid. Now Im not that best at math and graphs ,but at this rate varus may not be played anymore. Thus resulting in a lower win rate overall. I don't know what wrong with Varus .since, its riot talented development teams to figure out. So ,I hope this brought some atraction to this champion. Since it not a good day when champion disappear because every champion important to someone out there. Thank you for reading this long post and have a nice day.
