FlexQ Status

Hi everyone, I wrote to the riot support on twitter and they told me to write there, so here I am.

Recently I've been playing some flexQ alone and with my university team (this means 5 premades queue). I don't really understand many things about flexQ: -Matchmaking: I "can understand" that higher elo players in soloQ get matched with lower elo ones when you play in flexQ, since it's a completely different queue(Even though you can see that there is a huge difference between the skill of the players, for example a D5 player is way more skilled than a P5< player in soloQ ). But I've checked the flexQ elos when I play alone, I'm plat 2 with a decent mmr (-16 lps,+23) and I get matched with gold 5 players way too often. This means, that the matchmaking is simply not working. I just completed a game, queue of 7 minutes, I get in game and many players are gold elo in flexQ when I am plat 2. If this happens in soloQ there is only one cause: You have a bad mmr/the other players have a higher mmr,but these guys definetly didn't.

-Matchmaking of premades: part 2 of matchmaking: When I play as 5 with my university friends, we get matched 1 game out of 3/4 againt 3+2 premades or 3+1+1. Of course, we will super stomp or win anyway and it makes completely no sense. This happens when I play alone too, sometimes I meet 5 premades. Imagine me and a friend of mine playing with 3 completely strangers vs 5 men premades with a protect the kog maw comp. It must be fun right? (Spoiler: No it isn't.)

-Trolls: People basically full ints and trolls in flexQ. Either they have no idea what they are doing and they get stomped from higher elo players, or they simply troll (like my varus support that I just had in my last game, for example).

-Frustrating: ^ All the stuff that I've written up there are so much frustrating for me. I enter in a flexQ and I already know that : 1) If i am alone, I will surely have someone trolling or someone super lower elo than I am who will most likely feed, or maybe both of these two for a good wombo combo. 2) If I'm with my friends I know that we will be vs 5 guys who aren't all premades . I want to give you an example: We just played a comp who can super snowball midlane, we ganked 3 times mid with a 4 men gank in the first 15 minutes and we sent their midlaner 0 3. The enemies were complaning because we were 5 premades and they weren't,like it was our fault and we were playing in an unsportmanlike way. I was sorry for them since i experienced and still experience their same situation, but that's not my fault, it's your (Riot) failure system fault.

-Bring back the team rankeds and delete flexQ: I can't play with my lower elo friends, but I can most likely get matched with/vs them or player of their elo since the matchmaking simply doesn't work , at least with team rankeds we could make a team for us , and get an elo with that team and play vs people that got into that elo with their own team. Yeah , sometimes with team rankeds you could play vs worse or better players, but at least if our team was placed silver 5, we were going to play vs a silver 5 team.

I'd like to hear comments about the flexQ status from rioters and players like me, I hope I've written everything I had in mind, if not I'm going to add it to this post.
