Camera Locking Itself

Hello there. I returned after a few patches of break from LoL. And I noticed a pretty annoying little change.

I use space bar a lot to center camera on my champion, sometimes I hold it to keep it that way. And untill recently camera locked only as long as I held space bar. But from time to time camera just switches to locked and remains so untill I press space bar again.

Is anyone else bothered by this? And can that be disabled somewhere?
