Bug or client? ARURF

I've been playing the game for a while now. I'm curious to know if it's just a bug or my client, but I've been having some issues while playing that game mode. There are times where i'm playing just fine and others where either the cannon stops working and/or my abilities get disabled. And sometimes both. It never used to happen. I'm not sure if it could be a bug so I can report it or not, because I can manage to fix the problem by leaving the game and reconnecting again. I need to know cause there are times where it happens in the middle of the match and in team fights. I'm not trying to get reported for afk while I'm restarting the game in order to make the cannon and my abilities to work. I can also try to download a match when it happens again and upload it, or send it to riot. Any thought on what it could be or if it also happens to anyone else?
