Runeglaive Ez after 5.13

Does anyone else think taking smite and building Runeglaive on AP Ezreal mid is still going to viable after the change in 5.13? It will still change his Q to magic damage (which I personally think is a greater problem than the Luden's proc) and the Runeglaive passive will do even more single target damage with the buff. Sure his wave clear will suffer but with Ranger's Trailblazer and the CDR from runes/masteries/items for his ult he can still have decent wave clear while dishing out tons of damage as AP Ez is supposed to. Thoughts?

Yeah. The AoE is the nice thing about runeglaive, imo. Ludens will still proc on everything else, so it's still an item you want.

I'm still going to spam it. As long as you don't have 3+ feeders on your team its pretty easy to carry games with.
