Thoughts on sunfire cape buffs?
Could it bring back more tanks ?

Sunfire cape is imo dangerous to buff because of its damaging effects for just being near you. Imo, it’s fine as is currently.
Maybe more armor or MR on items like Omen could help.

as for 
maybe give it +2 damage to minions that are low on hp.
