I think I have a broken Premium Hextech Chest... help?

I received two premium chests (thanks btw), and opened one of them and got ashe and garen.... somethings (I'm new, I don't know what they are, I only know I can't use them...)

Anyway, the second chest refuses to open for whatever reason. I DO have a key to open it, that's not the issue.

It gives an error message saying something like: check server status or restart and try again... blah blah

did all of that, and it refuses to open... been a while now, and still not working... is my premium chest bugged? Is it just destined to stay forever in my loot, never to be opened, and forever to mock me?

Help me?

I would submit a support ticket to get a rioter to figure it out. It may have been that it was a bug that you got 2 premium chests. As for as I know, most people only get one so it might just be that your screen makes you see that you have one but the system sees that you don't and that you shouldn't.

Either way, submitting a ticket will solve the problem.

For the one you did open, did you have problems with that? Was a bit confused, but if you're new, shards are stuff that you have to save up to reroll into a permanent thing, upgrade to get the permanent version of it using essence, or dissolve to get their essence to upgrade something else. You could "rent" whatever the shard is offering, but I personally think that it's a waste since most champs will come up in free roll one way or another.

I have the same issue with my account, I had 2 chests but only one opens up. The other says an error. In the past they both worked I remember.

i asked the support since i have the same problem. they somehow dont reply in 2 days.. i think thats a real problem and many new accounts will have the same issue. i really hope some1 can help us..
