Riot should make a way for players to play URF all year round

Honestly, i dont like League of Legends, the community is quite toxic and the game feels slow and hard to play. Pretty much the only reason i ever play league is because of URF, i think its incredibly fun, its fast paced, has a low time to kill, and it has a lot of RNG which makes every match feel different. I would love to play league daily but whenever i play normal league it just feels slow, and honestly every time i see queue i see some random guy go crazy over his teammates 5 minutes into the game, that wasnt a thing in URF, atleast not as often. In URF u can basically solo carry pretty much with any champ, champ selection was random so u would see a lot of new champs and actually enjoy playing them. I realise that URF makes a lot of old players quit, but it makes me (a relatively new player) play. I only play league cuz of URF and would love to see it as a permenant option, or atleast be an option thru some other way (like 3rd party thing) which wouldnt interfere with normal league so it wouldnt bother older players. I feel like many ppl wouldnt agree with me and this post wont do anything but i just wanted to get all of this off my chest since these have been my thoughts for a couple of years now.
