Simple question about normal queue.

so i am hardstuck silver since i started playing league so i decided to just switch to normals because it takes less time and i don't stress too much in the 1-2 games i do per day. the thing is, lately i have been queueing sometimes with some friends (they are lvl30+ and have played for some years but not daily) and other than me (silver 2) none of my friends have played ranked for 2-3 years. In almost every other game (today this happened in the 2 times we played) we face a team of overall 1 low plat player 2 high gold players and 2 silver players or 1 silver 1 bronze. honestly i am used to this because i know i have a high mmr in normal games since i always check in the end my opponent's ranks and they are usually gold-plat. the problem is that my friends can't really keep up with the opposing team due to the obvious difference in rank. we usually give a good fight but the losses are piling up and i kinda get frustrated about it because i feel it is my fault. So here goes my simple question: is there anything i can do so that i don't have to create another account to use everytime i want to play with my friends? and yes, it is "just" a normal game, laugh what you want but no one likes losing and they want to carry as much as we all do and they deserve that chance i feel.
