Make it possible to change the number of stacks for champions like Veigar, Sion, Nasus, etc at will.

make towers invincible, turn off tower shots, let enemy bot push and let them stack up at outers. fast forward til each lane has a mega wave then teleport to each one and Slurp The Stax

I'd like the ability to spawn idle minions tbh. Just so I can wade into them with AoEs + easily farm into infinity

Or, you can kill krugs and then ctrl+shift+j then it respawns them.

here's the real best way to stack in practice mode as veigar: stack up four enemy practice dummies and spam W Q on them. each hit will grant you one stack, meaning 2 per Q and 4 per W. as your cooldowns lower they'll become even faster than the rate at which the cooldown cheat refreshes them, and eventually faster than your cast time (effectively capping their cooldown at veigar's cast time. thanks riot)

unfortunately practice games are capped at an hour, which is disappointing, but this will get you there quite fast.

You will never actually reach 100%, though the game may very well round it up at that point.

Assuming League's math doesn't round up inside the damage equation for armor, too. It should theoretically be impossible to ever actually reach a true 100%.

Considering how they stated for most numbers it only goes to 4 digits past the decimal point, it would eventually round up.

Which it does, at 19003 armor or so it seems.

it supposed to be a PRACTICE toll .. not fun mode. in real game you can't get more than 400-500 stacks in veigar, more than 1.100 stacks in nasus. because the game will end.

I agree, though most people (let's be honest) will probably use it just to fool around. Besides, it would be pretty easy to stack up anyway, since jungle timers could be reset in this mode. Just farm off raptors.
