Is Xin Zhao balanced?

Every recent game I've played against Xin Zhao it seems he dominates the game whether fed or behind. As soon as he gets two items he takes off and does insane amounts of damage with over 2.0 attack speed. I've spoken to some of my friends as well and they've been encountering the same problem. I don't want this to seem like I'm whining because I lost to a fed Xin one game so I'm genuinely asking: does Xin Zhao need a balance change? From my experiences over the last few weeks I believe he does.

I can't remember the last time I saw a Xin. No one in Diamond cares about him at all.

No. He just became more of a pupstomper than ever. They buffed his succes case(constantly AAing someone) and limited his acces to that(less AS -> more time for your opponent to avoid the knockup, more CD on E -> even easier to kite) As a result, he stomps low elos as they are bad at avoiding him, and still struggles in high elos as it's now even easier to abuse his weaknesses and just kite him forever.

Your exactly right. He can get behind and still do well. His stickyness, sustain, monster damage, etc. is just so strong.

But for a melee he ain't tanky enough if he rushes 2 dmg items. His raw power may seem strong, but it's to makeup for that E luck as a lancer.

True, but because he does so much damage he heals for an insane amount as well. With over 2.0 attack speed his passive is healing him for hundreds every 1.5 seconds or so.

That's assuming he can click on you after he goes all in. With that E luck he's going to have a sudden lag spike and won't attack you after he uses e >_+.

thats pretty much every devoure+Rageblade champion right now. the problem with xin is that he has too much cc. knock up. slow. knock back. hes too sticky. annoying. and has built in lifesteal. yeah. he pretty much has everything you need

he wrecks every game in my low elo(silver v :D)
cause noobs keeping hard pushing into enemy tower without wards when bot adc and support are half HP and can't land cc when xin comes to gank their sorry noob ass

my personal opinion, fk this garbage shit champ, nothing about him seems like balance to me
