Balance, and overdue nerfs needed

How about we talk about balance? These champs need a nerf bad When I cant get away from an with R or E or Q There's a fucking problem. When you're playing and you're up an item (no ult) and kills you with only There's something fucking wrong. When you're playing and you have 8 kills and only has 4 , you use your whole combo on him get him down to like 100 hp, then he just Q's you can OMFG I CAN'T BELIEVE IT HE'S FULL HP! Personally, I don't think needs 4 shots to his ult I think he'd do just fine with 3. Also, 's R is ridiculous There's almost no counter play for it, it can't be stopped. The only way to stop it is by CCing him first.
