Riot are you serious man? Read this post please

So my last game I had a Xerath that was doing the really popular bug currently which allows him to Q endlessly in base while hitting everyone on the opposing team. My team opened mid and we had someone DC and we had a remake and you guys gave me a buster warning for leaving games???? We had a AFK on our team and we voted for a remake and I got the warning why is this a thing? If i get any penalty on this account for you guys not running your game correctly that is just unfair
