The best champion to kite with(maybe)
I honestly believe that Ashe is the best champion to kite with. Has anyone had the passing thought of how hard Ashe can kite? Build:

You can eventually kite garen with any adc at 6 items lol. Anyways, I fid=nd ashe's slow rather pathetic and not as good for kiting o.o Unless you're at max range of her W trying to chase her.

prolly your best late game kites. Assuming you use every hop/slow perfectly.
Ashe is kinda weak in general right now. But most of her power is in her global initiation ulti. Which has to have a pretty specific team comp built around it to make use of it.
Ashe used to be the Kitting queen. But Kalista is the new kitting queen.
can kite people for literally forever by spamming Q, his built in Tenacity and Merc Treads means you can't even hard engage on him a lot of the time (and you probably don't want to in most cases). If you ever do manage to catch up to him he has a self healing speed boost.
So he goes where he pleases.
is the best kiting champion in my opinion, if you are good with her at least ;)
