Well the 6.5 jarven changes make him viable

honestly i think duskblade jarven mid kinda off assassin will be strong. What do you guys think about the new changes for one i think the talon nerf is just way to big.

Talon's changes are not too big. It was pretty rediculous his ultimate was that short anyway, for example, it's still 20 seconds shorter than Zeds ultimate. summoner 31

If Talon can't build Duskblade successfully, Jarvan can't either. Jarvan might succeed all the same, but he won't be building duskblade.

I mean talon can build it, but its better on champs like zed or armor pen graves.

Why does everyone think that talons into the ground now, they increased his ultimate Cd buy 5 seconds a max rank, the main thing they did was reduce his snowballing early game where if he got 1 kill, tiamat, and level 6 he could gank any lane and normally guarantee a flash or kill, but it doesnt seem like much was done to his late game
