she will be turned on at a later date this is because they are testing the champion on live environment to make sure that people don't buy her and for some reason won't be able to play her

not the only champion that has been insta disabled due to instability issues on live environment I think ww on rework was also insta disabled due to a crash on live

Oh, that comment was about that the patch that Kindred 'was released' was postponed until the next patch. They 'released her' but never enabled her until an entire patch afterwards. She was never 'disabled' so to speak. She was just never released.

wasn't zoe also delayed by nearly a full patch? plenty of new champs and some reworks get this unlucky treatment

Yeah, but Kindred is the only one to go a full patch. It was a comment on the 'she will be available during this patch cycle' because that's been true for every champion but Kindred. :)
