  3. Yes I would make some changes to his kit. It is pretty outdated and his Ult is just way way to easy to build around now then 2+ seasons ago.

  4. I like its idea but again it just isn't feasible in today's game

Not right now. He used to be good and fun well back when I was under level 30 back in S1. However if your a good or smart Karthus player, you know your ult is use to inititate fights not get the low hp kills so he less fun if you care about winning instead of kills.

I love karthus, and i play him. The dot mastery is good on him, and he's pretty fun to play. I don't play him a lot because i like playing every champion, but he's pretty good right now. You just have to play really smart when their are so many assassins right now. summoner 3 is an option if you cant find a way to stop the damage dealers.
