Why are people bitching so hard about Ryze when Annie does the same and easier

has to get to 3/4 stacks to do the permasnare combo, and he loses them after some seconds

can keep her stacks all the time she wants

after getting the stacks, must do a combo of around 10 skills in perfect order, if he fucks up he has everything on cooldown

Q is a pretty high damage skillshot

Q is a point and click nuke

if gets ganked, he won't be able to escape, and just cclocked and killed, specially if they do it while he doesn't have 3/4 stacks of passive, something totally posible since he can lose them.

if gets ganked, she will oneshot one and then spam Q while Tibbers, that last 3 days and it's a fucking tank, destroys him/her. She doesn't need to have stun up since her combo directly oneshots the other.
