With the new PBE patch notes out Infinity Edge is getting its critical strike reduced from 25% to 20% while Phantom Dancer is getting a buff from 30% to 35%. Anyone think this is going to change the way ADCs build? Maybe we should rush BF for damage and then get Phantom Dancer? What do you guys think?
MetaCosmos1 votesNa, still IE rush. 1/5 hits is still pretty high. PD will replace shyv in builds now to compensate the 5% loss on IE.

Rustling Bush1 votespeople say stattik shiv is more cost effective then phantom dancer, so most are still proably going to get that despite the 5% crit it gained. also infinity edge's passive grants 250% crit dmg, if you get pd first then your crits will still be pretty weak compared to what they can be
