Nerf Vayne
Just nerf her true dmg and her perma invisibility. If she needs 2 AAs to kill a tank the game is done .

She's fine.
She was fine until they buffed her Q to sell skins, since she sold enough prestige fire crackers they soft nerfed it, but still kept portion of it. Ranking up ult reduces Q cd in ult duration. That needs to go and she will be fine.
