So we can buy Blood Moon skins but there's no missions.. Why? Only way to earn those tokens is buying stuff with RP?

Even if you buy Blood Moon capsule Blood Moon skin is not guaranteed.. Like WHAT? there is 16 Blood Moon skins in game you can give us at least one guaranteed per capsule...
