Bug with brand ultimate.

I went into training tool to test out a new chroma I have for arclight brand. Ran into lane and began ulting minions and the enemy champ.

I noticed that if the brand ult kills a lane minion and there is no champion for the ult to bounce to, the ult just simply disappears. I tested it multiple times and it was 100% repeatable. (Minions arent affected by blaze)

It occurs on some jungle camps such as raptors where there is one small raptor and the main one where ulting the small one (and killing it) will sometimes not allow the ult to bounce. Not as common as the lane minions but it does occur.

Enemy dummies (where there were 4 and they were affected with blaze) also didnt allow the ult to bounce.

Wondering if it is a bug or if its intentional?
