i just love how riot not bans the people that are actually trolling, i just had these 2 trolls in my team, rammus mid , and blitz support. and what did they do? blitz 0/15 after game i think literally trolled all game, and is he going to get banned? no of course not, rammus building all speed and was useless all game, is he gonna get banned? no of course not thank you riot so much for not banning the people that actually deserve to get banned. good job.

They can't afford to ban feeders. If you want a competitive top game you might want to try another game. A single 0/15 game in ranked should reward the player with some ranked restriction, IDK give them a mission that says, win 5 games with more kills than deaths. Or a 3+ KDA
