As Caitlyn, how to harass when enemy adc has Alistar or Leona as support?

Place a trap in the area you harass from and keep it between you and the enemy support.

that doesn't work even if they trigger the trap they will still cc you and you will get burst if enemy adc is draven or jhin

cait gets hardcountered by those kind of supports because she has the lowest base hp in the game, if they all in it's over

Don't try to harass with autos. Just with Q and W. Know their range, and stay the fuck out of it at all costs or you die.

Also, as some others said: Keeping a trap between you and them is a good idea. It should root them either in the middle of their dash or as they land (I don't remember if her traps stop dashes or not).

And Nami/Cait is a lane I utterly despise facing as a Leona. It's virtually impossible to engage on them when it's both of them. You'll win simply because it'll be basically impossible for Leona to engage on you (Although do be careful - Leona will still have the advantage if you try to all-in her). Morgana is just a general pain in Leona's ass (She's actually a fairly decent anti-tank in botlane, because every botlane tank is reliant on their CC, and they're generally unable to break her E in lane), so she's another option.

And, finally, use your W to keep them off cannons. You can't reasonably keep them off of every melee, but you can harass them if they go for a cannon, and you can deal a solid amount of damage to them, especially with your traps. You might not be able to keep their ADC off of them, but their ADC isn't the biggest threat to you, there.

Morgana and Nami are good counters. So is Janna. Try to convince your support to play one of those! Try to use your Q to farm for an early level advantage and go for pokes against the enemy ADC when the enemy support is distracted by yours or warding. Pre level 6, Leona can't go in when her ADC is at a significant HP disadvantage unless the enemy support isn't there. Alistar will also just end up taking a lot of damage if his ADC can't commit to an all in. Level 6 and above, the threat of your support's ult should force them to wait for a good opportunity to engage, not just whenever you're in range.

Per above, kiting and poking the enemy support as much as possible also makes it dangerous for them to go in. Try to get some shots in while they're focused on getting the cannon with relic/Targon's.
