You are not an assassin so stop building like one. I have had lucians and other adcs for that matter that have been out scaled by the enemy because they decide to go full lethality instead of crit and its super frustrating but I don't blame them because they don't know any better. I've seen this a lot in low elo not sure if it happens in higher elo. Anyone agree or disagree? I consider Jhin and MF and exception.
Infernape2 votesIt depends on the champion. MF and Jhin can dip into Lethality as they're ability based rather than auto attack based. It generally works if there's no tanks/bruisers on the enemy team.

Lucian would have been outscaled regardless of what he built. His strength isn't in the late game. He is at his strongest early to mid
