Jg Item switching mechanic for other Items/Ranked Changes Idea

Heyo Riot, I've been thinking, and I believe it would be interesting if other Items could be added/modified that have the same sort of mechanic as jg items, IE. the ability to switch between items with similar components for a discount. Such as, the zeal items, jaurims fist items, tiamat items, just items that have a component that costs 1000 gold or more. On the other topic, I like playing this game with my friends, it's a team game, and I think many other players would agree with me when I say that Ranked in it's current state isn't fun to many players. For me personally, I don't even enjoy playing normals all that much when my friends aren't on simply because I despise having to deal with random players that don't seem like they should be in my games. I think ranked should be changed to allow for teams of 5 outside of clash. This may seem like a very large change to ranked to make at once, but I think it is a good idea, I believe I saw Faker say a short while ago that he was unhappy with the state of ranked as well, I believe in it's current state, League of Legends will continue to lose players to other popular games. For the first part of my post, that's just my idea for some new additions to the game, for my second part of my post, something needs to change soon Riot, With Regards, A Silver Player who's opinion will most likely be disregarded.
