Has anyone cracked the code to climbing with feeding teammates?

I'm really tired of games in which my team feeds a death or more per minute. It doesn't seem to matter which role I pick up, as the slack I'm looking to pick up is cancelled out by someone in the role I left.

I just played a game as top lane (Gangplank vs Nasus ), and had to deal with early jungle pressure while my team seemingly int fed across the map. Short of just leaving lane and just playing the OP roaming early game GP with no levels or items, I dont know what I couldve done. I'm fairly certain the only way to improve the situation was during the window I missed before the game, and that was dodging.

My next point is that if I use some software to look at everyone, I can call who it is before it starts happening. I can tell that my other two lanes will begin their inting in the next few minutes, resulting in a lack of lane pressure and no objective control, as well as a loss of LP.

Were I to leave it at that, someone with good intentions might answer "Unwinnable scenarios like that are few and far between." But thats bull****. Because it isnt few and far between. Its at least 50% of the time here in silver. AT LEAST!

I've played this game since the end of season 2. My mechanics were at their best in bronze 2 -3 seasons ago, and aren't going to see a massive surge in quality. I have as much game knowledge as I'm going to get playing in this environment, and I think its enough to be honest. I don't have the motivation to youtube/stream study myself to death in any case, particularly if the other 80% of team doesn't benefit from it.

Now, I dont suffer from the notion that Im a phenomenal player that just happens to be stuck in elo hell. I see, on occasion, other players that have better mechanics than me, or just seem to be in a different league as far as macro play. But, significantly more often, I see players that shouldnt be in a game with me. Players that get the role they want and play champs they have no success with. Players that get one death and immediately start getting snowballed on because they cant fathom how to play from behind, much less know how to do anything else.

So, my question: do I just OPGG my team every damn game before it gets locked in and dodge if I dont like what I see? Is that really the best way? If you're ranked the same or lower than me (the majority of players) or you got where you are by placement and haven't moved, you don't have the wisdom I'm looking for. Someone who has actually performed climbing is what I need.

Why do you think starting item 3303 item 1004 on Karthus is a good idea?

I just want to hear your reasoning behind it.
