Season V changes

Can you make in season V that if someone is AFK more than 15 minutes and his team lose, we get loss prevented and he get's the ban(at least from ranked ).That would help a lot in matchmaking because only the ones who actually mean to play will go in ranked.

all players would get ban from ranked when servers crash as the system reads it as the same way. the loss prevented for someone leaving the game would be good though.
