Nerf Fiora and buff Jax.....as well as every other top laner.
As a Fiora main, I can understand why people thought she had to be tuned down in the aspect of her ult. And I'm glad that at least some of the power was kept in her dueling( 40% same target damage over 25%). What I dont understand is how there wasn't allocation of any power into her W or her E or her passive when you did this with some champs in 4.21!
There are a thousand different ways of buffing Fiora(as well as many MANY QoL changes) that wouldn't push her over the top the way the Jax buffs are going to because he does not struggle in lane anywhere nearly as hard as many other top laners do(Hence why you are buffing people like Shen and Shyvana I would assume). His Counter Strike doesn't only block one attack like Fioras W which is also unscalling magic damage. His passive has incredible synergy both with his kit AND his items through all stages of the games, Fioras is barely perceivable early and non-existent mid-late. I don't need to go on, you have heard all the same critiques time and time again of things wrong with Fiora's kit.
---(That AS from his passive is Fioras' E needing to be activated TWICE at max rank, why not have it so her E always gives a 10% AS per skill point as it goes up? Or make it so her passive works that she gains health regen armor and MR as she battles over time like a mix of graves passive or just something better then 1 health per second that can only be proced on minion hit and champion hit! Or you could even lower some of her mana/ CD cost which you seem to be doing to EVERY other top laner except her. Hell, you buffed Malphites passive and mana cost throughout the game the same patch I believe she was being talked about being hit.)
Another point, Fiora has not seen competitive. She mainly excels in disorganized team fights(solo que) where she can wreak havoc, slashing through the field causing issues with her AoE ult which believe it or not is TOTALLY full of counter play in armor and invisibility; and is then blown up or she did enough damage to grab resets on her E and not die instantly. ----(Only AoE with Hydra meaning she doesn't do nearly as much AoE damage without it which you nerfed anyway even though you already niched her into needing this item to do that sort of AoE damage!)
Where as we have Jax who not too long ago prior to the teleport nerfs was a pick or ban in all levels of play from Bronze to challengar and yet you are now buffing him this patch after nerfing Fiora? I personally think you guys turned into cowards and purposely left these two points in different patches hoping no one would bring it up with how bad decision making this entirely is. -----(Also those weren't even nerfs to him, hes still strong in this game people are just not playing him right and once you hit 6 you become a powerhouse of free stats anyway!)
**********And yes Fiora has been slated for a rework, but to be honest, she doesn't need one, she needs fine tuning and some tweaking and you would keep the identity and fan base happy. But all you, Riot, have done lately is piss on her game potential and beat her further down with these ludicrous actions of buffing other champions and nerfing her with no compensation, how about actually asking high tier Fiora mains their thoughts, and seeing what they think her true identity and state should be? Or maybe even I dont know, get more trials of different testing things involving her out on the PBE and seeing what comes out since its testing realm anyway!
The Grand duelist should actually be able to duel, she should be a late game melee monster of stupid high tier power, its what her design is about. If anyone has so far killed her identity it was you over the past few months Riot. And it saddens me to see a great champion concept in the dirt like this because I have come to love everything about the champion, her kit, design, voice acting, all of it.
