Kalista Rend display

Currently Kalista's Kalista E - Rend can be hard for unfamiliar players to guestimate how much damage will do, especially since the number of spears past a certain point becomes unclear as the spears stack over each other . I feel like a good quality of life change would be to make it so that the amount of damage the speared enemy will take is clear. I thought a good solution might be to make a line appear on the right side of the enemies current health, that moves down as more spears stack to indicate how much damage will be done. This would be sort of similar to Pyke or Urgot's ultimate execution thresholds appearing on the enemies health bar, but changing and from the right side of the bar. I can't see how this would negatively impact experienced Kalista players who already know how much damage the Rend will do.

Actually, Good kalista players overkill their target. Knowing exactly how much dmg you deal to one might actually be considered a buff. Think about it, if you execute your target rather than overkill you are left with resources to keep fighting, that for me is a buff. Urgot and pyke have these marks because their abilities usually have a high cd, and they should use it wisely.

If this would be added to the game (I AM PRO THIS IDEA, BUT IS NOT A BALANCED ONE) i would personally spamm kalista games into oblivion and back, because she is an amazing champion. But thus means anyone can now play kalista, and all they have to do now is just click

I see what you mean, and you may be right that it might not be good to know exactly how much damage is needed to kill compared to execute-style ultimate abilities, but I disagree on the clicking thing. Kalista is the the only champion in the game with her movement due to her passive, which changes over the course of the game and even over the course of the fight as her attack speed increases/decreases (Guinsoos, Hail of Blades), so I feel like clicking is a bit of a simplification. I think even if this change was seen to be overpowered (which may require a little testing with new and experienced Kalista players with and without the Rend indicator) there would still need to be some sort of clear indicator such as a number next to the enemy health bar, as in its current state the amount of spears in an enemy is unclear.
