First you nerf AD shaco and force us to play AP. Now you're nerfing AP shaco and not buffing his AD? Really riot

Um, what defines being good with a champion? winning all games? Hm, okay okay. So people with normal 50-60% win rate are trash right now. Half as good (almost literally)
