People who call their lane/role fastest will get that role. Is this a good system?

Greetings fellow players.

Im pretty new to league and moba's in general. I just hit max level, but i don't really have any plans going ranked any time soon. (i feel im not at that skill level atm) Anyway, the topic is therefore blind pick normal and it's call system. I got a pretty insane rig and will always be the first in lobby and will always be the first to load. 90% of the time i have to wait 1-2sec before i can make a call for a role/lane for the others to enter and so that they can see the chat. I will always get whatever role/lane i want because almost everyone for some reason respect "first called, first get."

Is it wrong of me to keep doing this? It seems kinda unfair if i was in someone elses shoes.

Blind pick is generally regarded as just for trolling around, instalocking, etc. It doesn't matter what you do in it. If people wanted to play a certain role, they should've went to teambuilder, and if they wanted a fair system, they should've went to draft.

Well (for blind Pick), it´s a working System - what else you want to use? Who locks first? HF with 3-APC´s and 2 Assassins because everyone "Locked-First". xD

Ideally the system would wait until everyone loaded in for anyone to be able to type, in my opinion.

Yeah I recommend switching over to draft it'll get you used to the system when you're ready to go into ranked eventually.

It's perfectly fair to play roles based on who called them first.

I generally let everyone else call their roles first.

first call first get? do you have a link to official rules?

Just lock something and play what you want in normal games.

Doesn't work like that in Draft.

In draft, people are randomly selected in the order they go, and they think that makes them so much better than their teammates 'cause otherwise why would they be first pick. OBVIOUSLY a much better system.
