STOP BUFFING TEEMO

I have only been playing a year so im still pretty new, and apparently the recent buffs teemo has been getting are just you resetting him to how he used to be (thats what my friends told me) but even without the buffs hes too broken, especially in low elos. ANY melee champion is useless against him in lane and it actually ruins games. League of legends is without a doubt my favorite game, but ive played multiple games where the enemy had a teemo and i considered quitting league for good. The issue is he is too easy to play well. I know this because my first game (and only game) ive played teemo, i got a pentakill. AND I WAS DEAD FOR 3 OF THE KILLS. His ap scaling is too high, his poison lasts longer than all (or at least most) shields, and zhonyas too. and his shrooms are too much. always keep 2 vision wards and a sweeper with me whenever im vs a teemo and its still not enough. i tell my teammates to do the same and they dont. you need to change something because he actually ruins games. I know people are going to call me a noob or a scrub for this but i honestly dont care, i like playing league. i play to releive stress (and it works even with all the salt) but everytime i face a teemo it makes me want to afk and/or sue whoever invented him.
