Pantheon should be reconsidered

His laning phase is still unhealthy, chugging spears that does almost 100 damage around level 6 every 4~5 seconds to a point where he can just dive you with his passive blocking two shots, and then get an easy crit on you and walk away with full health. Its like by the time he is done with his corrupting potions you are dead anyways.

And since the games are ending this early, if your other lanes don't win, its pretty much good game, because you just get hit by spears to a point that you're always low, and can't go up for cs, since he will just stun and then crit you to death, and with no farm you can't get items to tank his spears, or to kill him.
