Download problems :/

So I updated to 8.21 and now I have a 5000 mb download for no reason?? As you can see my internet speed is very bad. Is there anything I can do because I know patch 8.21 was only a couple hundred mb. Please help I dont wanna wait 12+ hours to play league on my free day.
