@riot, very late to the party but shen rework made energy runes useless on him.

when Shen got reworked, his base energy and energy got doubled for a reason I do not know, this resulted in the already niche/subpar energy runes to be completely useless on him since the energy runes give a flat amount, I had an entire rune page setup with energy runes because Shen was such fun to play, and you know much that cost me? 17835 ip that's a shit ton of IP that just got thrown out of the window because you doubled all his energy costs and base energy.

I know I'm late when it comes to this, it's because when I first discovered it I forgot to make a thread about it, then after all that time I considered trying Shen in a normal with my energy runepage and rediscovered ''oh yeah, they made energy runes useless''

I assume runes are already up for a rework but this is just sad, how could such an oversight be made? honestly I'm very annoyed, 17835 IP is ALLOT and it basically got thrown in the trash.
