Broken Matchmaking

So, I am Platinum 4, I was platinum 3 last season, playing since release of kindred. More than 2000 games in normal and more than 500 total games in ranked. Now, people are contrary to the fact that RIOT makes you lose games on purpose to force your win rate down to 50% So, since you people are so smart, can anyone explain me how in the world I am placed in matchmaking with a fresh account level 33 in his third ranked game ever made (he even lost the first 2) ?? Now either riot is taking a piss on me AS THERE IS NO VALUABLE EXPLANATION to the fact you put in the same matchmaking a 56% win rate platinum 4 with 4 years of playing 2500 games and a fresh account level 33 with 0% win rate Or either THE MATCHMAKING IS ABSOLUTELY BROKEN, and it purposely makes you lose the games.

Just had a ranked first timer in my last game and he actually said “Sorry if i suck but it’s my first time ranked” but he went kindred mid for some reason? Then after that he proceeded to feed 9 times one after the other without any attempt to farm or do something to try and comeback from her feeding spree. Maybe Riot uses them to try and regulate the winrate like you said but it is such a horrible experience for every single person in the game, especially themselves, in that game every person was bombarding the kindred including the enemy team.
