Toxic Players. Legaue is no fun

Okay. Listen to me. I am sick and tired of playing games with people who all they do is talk crap and be toxic. Every time i see this i report them and NOTHING happens. EVERY TIME. Its like riot doesn't listen to anything anyone says. you guys want this to be a fun and enjoyable game. well you already failed. When ever i report someone nothing happens but once im a little toxic i get reported then get a Que suspension. i just played a game with a pantheon who was 3/18. it was a 40 minute game and we were winning but all of a sudden he literally starts feeding the enemy team. pantheon was the reason we lost the game and then at the end he just flamed. i reported him but i actually want it to do something. i don't want my concerns about the game to be overlooked. i have out countless hours into this game and it is slowly and slowly becoming less enjoyable because of all the toxic players. i have started to hate playing by myself because of them and whats even worse is that riot doesn't do anything about it. My games are ruined ALL THE TIME because of these people. Can you actually do something? It is unfair to the community and there are players who play the game with a purpose of pissing people off. Can you please just listen to me.
