Should Caitlyn ult pierce?
Well I was thinking that Caitlyn ult should pierce through it will be a great rework. For example it will pierce through the enemy champion but the damage with be lower.

As if she doesn't have too many strengths already... God forbid if you can block her ult.

Depends really.
As it is now, if you're marked by her ult and DONT have an ally nearby, there is NOTHING you can do to survive outside of hourglass or heal/barrier summoner spell.
Removing the one bit of counter play just so the ability isn't worthless late game is a tough sell. Not impossible mind you, if syndra's ult can exist as is then I'm sure there is way.
Honestly though, cait is a bully who is supposed to fall off slightly at the endgame so I really can't say this kind of buff is needed.
If anything i think you should be able to block headshots her traps. Probably not a good idea though
