How has soraka not been hotfixed yet?

Her healing is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. This is like some world of warcraft shit where one heal can take someoneto full. It is ZERO fun to play against, it RUINS the laning phase, it gets banned 100% of the time in ranked, and has absolutely no place in this game.

I know we hired a "world of warcraft" lead designer (Ghostcrawler)... but these "world of warcraft" heals have no place in league of legends. League has always been a game where healing never hit for more than 10-20% of a champions HP, and it should stay that way unless you want lol pvp to suffer the same fate as wow pvp.
...And FYI last year at blizzcon I think like 4 people showed up to watch the wow pvp tournament.

Seriously, fix it now. If soraka is nerfed into unplayable, so be it. Because right now, the entire bot lane is unplayable when she is in the game.
