The solution for new ranked queues

Well the new ranked queue system looks super cool and awesome + pre determining your champ is also great... but it has lead to a greaaaat increase in the queue dodges and leading to looongggg queue times even in silver ive got 15 mins queues just cuz of stupid dodging... Well according to me everything will be fine and perfect if riot can just change tht if u dnt lock in a champ or if u dnt ban the queue dodges and u get a 30 min ban cuz according to me if a player is accepting the queue and get into champ select it's most likely assured that hes nt afk so the lock in system is useless and just makes people confused and panic more and this is happening in every elo and dynamic queues... so the simple solution be... Just change the lock in and ban system to the old thing... And let rest everything be fine and i think then eveyrthing will be perfect with less alot queue timers and dodges...
