Keys & Chests

Hello, so I've been playing league again for a couple weeks, before-hand I have quit countless times due to crazy imbalances, constant champion reworks, & the toxic community. I'm not the one to complain, but rather avoid it if there's something I don't like, which to me was to stop playing the game, but I've played league since season one, it was my favorite game, and I always find myself coming back to try it again.

Anywho, I'm having another issue with league, and this would be the keys and the chests. They're extremely unbalanced. I have been trying to get keys for about a week now, granted this isn't much time, but I should at-least been able to build one full key. In this time-frame I've gained 6 chests lol... What are you guys trying to do, get us to spend money on keys? This is a problem because I'll never spend money on league again as I'm constantly quitting due to imbalances like this, I feel like I HAVE to buy keys, and I won't which ends me being a unsatisfied player as I can't partake in this feature....
