Why does Match Making Pair up These Types of People?
Ok, so i don't fucking understand League's matching system. i was bronze 1, currently trying to make it out of bronze just so i could chill at silver for a bit. i try doing ranked to improve my elo like a normal person would think and want and try to do. it's natural to try to improve your elo, right? Every fucking game i go into in ranked, i'm surrounded by gold's and probably high silver, and the enemy team is probably full of something similar, if not higher. why the hell do i not get paired up with people in the same rank as me, or same skill level as me? For reference, every ranked game i jump into, i always play my best to win, i never give up unless it's blatantly clear we wont win, i always try to play as needed, but every fucking time, in ranked, mind you, i basically get stomped, and despite following said higher elo player's instructins, we still lose, which makes sense, since i usually end up feeding out the ass. It's like Riot doesn't care if you're still trying to improve. They only care about the higher up people, or for a better word, the professionals, and to an extent, the more popular league tubers/streamers, and if you're low elo, you don't matter, even though lower elo is a majority of the players. If you're just gonna leave a comment saying, "well you are trash, so of course bronze garbage like you would play like trash." yeah. i know i'm fucking abysmal at this game. that's why i want a fucking matchmaking system to pair me up with people similar in rank to me to actually finally improve at this game, so it's at least a fair fight i lose than a complete curb stomp. that's like saying someone who's a week into the game is complete trash because they cant win lane against anyone on TSM or C9, for example. Improvement comes from fighting people a small or decent amount better than you, not, no pun intended, Leagues ahead of you.
