My season5 ranked border removed..

In season 5 i finished the season at plat 5 and i got border... when season 6 finished i didnt receive my rewards.. and i started to play ranked flex.. in 2 first games i had my old(season 5 )border and in 3. game i lost my border i finished 10 game but still i dont have my border on load screen and on my profil too!!!and i didnt receive summuner icon and rewards too!!! ... can someone help me and explain me what happened....??

Borders don't show for Flex Queue, since its a completely new queue.. If you play normals u should get your border.. or when they activate solo/duo q it might as well.
